Congratulations to our November 2021 Employee of the Month: Belinda Kovachi

She has been a breath of fresh air with her flair for creative and innovative thinking.

Belinda has been with DLK for more than 18 months and was initially employed to apply her creativity in fast-tracking our Digital Transformation journey.

Her diverse background in Human Capital Management, Organisation Design, Change Management, Consulting and Project Management has added tremendous value to the management team. She has been a breath of fresh air with her flair for creative and innovative thinking.

Her leadership style is one of empowering her peers and team members alike through a process of coaching and mentorship.

Belinda has an uncanny ability to engage with and manage difficult DLK clients engagements due to her excellent communication skills and professionalism. Her leadership style is one of empowering her peers and team members alike through a process of coaching and mentorship. Due to her diverse range of skills, Belinda has progressed rapidly through the ranks and has recently taken on the strategic role of Senior Executive – Operations in overseeing the full spectrum of operations within the business.

Belinda is a supportive and nurturing teammate, and she loves nature and gardening. We see these nurturing attributes be transferred to the team as she brings her support to see people grow in the workplace. This year she has mentored some of our interns and we see how she has planted seeds in the minds of the youth that entered the DLK Group doors. This valuable trait is one we appreciate.
