Shamielah has been with DLK for more than a decade. Her 10-year journey with DLK Group started as a Sales Administrator and progressed steadily in the company to now being part of the Talent Acquisition team. Her colleagues describe her as caring, comforting, reliable and task orientated. Her caring nature and nurturing approach make her a favourite with both our customers and suppliers alike.

Shamielah was given huge accolades by one of our Senior external Consultants in her first month of taking up her new role in the company, rewarding her with a gift voucher for her excellent service.
Her caring way of conducting herself is felt by her work colleagues as well, and any new staff member joining the team gets a very personal welcome from Shamielah. Her positive energy is contagious and her smile will make you feel right at home. She consistently goes the extra mile and forms a pivotal part of the team dynamic, whilst living the ethos of our Culture of Excellence in service delivery.

Shamielah is a bubbly person by nature and forms and nurtures relationships very easily. In her spare time, she loves baking (we love her puddings and cakes), cooking and spending time with her family and kids.
